Shipping & Returns

We ship via USPS, FedEx & UPS from multiple locations around the continental USA.

We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy.  Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 7 days of purchase.  Some exclusions apply, so please read the full return policy for additional information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (7) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be unopened and in new and unused condition in their original containers and/or packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service on our contact form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving an RMA number, please return unopened items by mail to the following address:​

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Only unopened items in their original containers and packaging can be returned.

 

Please note: 

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
